locked from account due to new phone verification

can a admin please help me i went to sign on today and the phone verification popped up but the thing is there is 4 lines which are blank so it dosnt tell you which spots to put the numbers in so i guessed a few times and i ended getting it wrong an locked out so if there is an admin listening can you check my account please or any member thats reading this could you let the admin know that i cannot get back in it wont even let me send a tt untill i do that now thats not right thanks
